- These inverters are installed in 3 phase mode and programmed manually using DIP switches according to their manual (master and 2 followers). When turning on, all devices flashing green led without delivering AC.
-All installation checked well.
-Another 2 sets worked properly with same installation and programming. - VE.Diract and VE.Bus not available.
How to solve this ?? thanks in advance
You might check each in single phase mode to find the defective unit, then run the 2 working units as 2-phase system until you find a replacement or repair for the defective unit.
Its probably only one or more capacitors thas has reached eol, should be reparabel
in single mode configuration by dip switches also didn’t give out put.

I would not recommend to configure the system with the DIP switches, you should use a MK3 dongle and VictronConnect.
Yes. Even i have 2 set configured as 3 phase using dip switches working properly but in single mode didn’t give response.
unfortunately don’t have the cable or dongle so got to use dip option.
Where are you located, maybe someone near you can help out with a mk3…
