Hi,
I have the 2 phase system with following setup:
2 x MultiPlus 48/3000/35-50
1 x Venus GX
1 x MPPT 150/70-Tr
1 x 2.4 kWh Battery: Plynotech US2000C
15 x 280Wp Hanwha panels
My problem is the inverter does not work and I get the Error code #10: “VE.Bus Error 10: System time synchronisation problem occurred”
When I switch in the 2 inverters it starts with Error Code #3: “VE.Bus Error 3: Not all, or more than, the expected devices were found in the system and after”
Here is the short video how it behaves:
I tried to change the lan cables(use a new one), but the problem persisted. I tried to change the configuration to 2AC input and Single phase. The Error changed to #17: “VE.Bus Error 17: Phase master missing” but in fact it did not solve the problem. Here is the log file: VRM_log_20241008-0000_to_20241008-2359.zip (539.6 KB)
Do you have any idea what can be the problem?
Thank you in advance.
I forgot to mention the system was functional 7 years since 2017.
It’s connected to grid.
It is connected to loads.
The multiplus on the right is connected directly to Venus with lan cable and then the right multiplus is connected to the left multiplus with another lan cable. I thought the problem might be in lan cables so I replaced them, but this did not solve the problem.
Currently the victron system does not let trough any electricity, even though the battery is full I do not have electricity in the loads. So I switched off the system in the Switchboard and get the electricity from the grid.
Thanks for the suggestion. How shall I check if communication board is faulty? Can it be replaced? Or the whole inverter (multiplies) needs to be changed?
In theory just the comms board can be replaced. I am not bot sure how your case will be handled internet diagnosis being what it is. I am not confident in the diagnosis - are you able to program and update it?
