I don’t get it… I have a 45kwh battery pack connected with 4 cable pairs. Why is not everything fetched from the battery? I have additionally a hoymiles 800 power plant on phase 2. Maybe someone can help here.
I have 3 Multiplus 2 configured as a 3 phase system with a ESS. I use 10 pylontech us5000 as Energy storage. They are all connected through a Victron lynx.
What else you need to know?
Can you share screenshots of your DVCC configuration and ESS config from the GX?
Does this behaviour only happen with the EVCS?
Does it happen immediately or after it has been charging for a while?
If so please share those settings as well.
In VRM advanced widget, take a screenshot of the battery limits (CVL, DCL etc) chart that overlaps with this behaviour.
You are mainly pulling power on L2, which looks like it is passing through. So I would check that inverter.
Go pull its config, make sure nothing has been overlooked.
Definitely something is off.
L2 seems to hit passthrough so something is timing out or disconnecting.
I suspect your issue is related to the Hoymills, but that can’t be diagnosed remotely, certainly not without a detailed wiring diagram.
Remove any variables, make sure all 3 inverters are identical.
Reconfigure them as 3-phase with ve system configurator if needed, going step by step.
There is an installation or config issue lurking there somewhere.
You can download the ve system configurator config and attach it here, nothing confidential is in it.
the hoymiles was this time disconnected. I did a firmware update from 552 to 556, but somehow my assistent doesnt work anymore as expected.
I uploaded also the config file from remote configure
thanks for info
I was running the system 2days now and it all was fine. then i connected the ac out coupled PV with 800 watt micro inverter again and the multiplus went again into pass through after a while. anything I can do about it?
I think the issue is that it detects the -700wh, but it cant handle it with the load
