Hello, I have a new MultiPlus-II 48/3000/35-32 (S/N: HQ2348*****) and I’m trying to change the Grid Code to “None” in VEConfigure 3, but it asks for an access password that I don’t know. The device is brand new and I never set any password. Can you help me

it should be set to None by default if the unit is brand new, the distributor or an installation engineer should be able to help you. it’s not permitted to distribute the password.
