Password locked - Change password

I’m very new to Victron. Using a few dumb choices I changed the PW, and locked it. I don’t know what PW I used, user error.

I want to change the battery settings on the SmartShunt to allow mire than 14.0 v..I have 200A lithium and want to allow 14.4v charge. I have an airstream travel trailer.

use a ve-direct cable to try and bypass this.

You should be able to use the PUK to unlock the settings.

I’ve tried PUK, the 6-0’s and waved a magic wand over it. I’m the second owner, AS sayers they only use the zeros, the dealer is numb, the original owner is not around.
