Had my smart shunt screen changed by someone , must have never put in a password . now I only have 3 readings to look at. Used to have a whole screen of settings. Can not find a way to change it back to the old screen. Any suggestions ?? IOS settings.

Do you mean you can’t click on the shunt and go into the main interface(the screen with the big charge percentage at the top) because you don’t have the PIN? If you can’t log in and don’t have the pin code you will need to change it. Click on the 3, vertical dots on the right to change the PIN. You will need the PUK number that is on a sticker on the side of the shunt.
I have reset pin.
And you still can’t get into the shunt? Can you post some screen shots of what you are seeing?
This is all I have. I can not find any way to get back to the original ones.
That’s super weird. That’s the interface for an inverter not a shunt. Yet is says Smartshunt at the top. Is there a VE Smart dongle connected to the shunt?

I beleive that some one did get in and change it.
Its always a good idea to change from the default pin on the older items.
It is weird how the VE bus smart dongle now has a smart shunt name.
There is also the smart network active there.
I would reset everything to factory and reprogram.
And change the pins to something thatvisnnot the six 0s.
Can you send me a picture of your main screen that shows what devices are in bluetooth range? Perhaps someone renamed your inverter.

Yes, but if someone is playing a joke they could have changed the name. Copy and paste is not new technology. Still seams super weird.

I have gone to the 3 dots. Got the default settings. Tried many times to change it. It does nothing. No change at all.
Can you post a pic of this screen? Every device within range will show and its icon is not changeable. If it is your shunt it will be an icon of the smartshunt.
Yep. Someone must have changed the inverter name. That first one is an inverter not a Smartshunt. The smartshunt is the one named “Ken House Batteries”. The BMV-712 named “Steve’s” is also a shunt based battery monitor. The icon is a dead give away. Those can not be changed.

I do not have an inverter Just the smartshunt and the solar controller.
