Parallel 2x Mppt 250/100

Can I Parallel 2x Mppt 250/100 if One is Not a VEcan model by linking via Victron connect app sync & Vecan 1 to the CerboGX ?

I would also Expect to Need 2 terminators

Are you expecting them both to send data to the gx like that?
Only the one connected to the GX will be reporting to it.
The most ideal way to get them working properly is to connect them both to the GX.
There is no point smart networking them.
If you don’t have the ve direct cable you need for now just leave it running as stand alone with the correct programming.

No I am looking to synchronize battery charge with 2 Mppt’s 2 arrays NW & N

Synchronised charging

So Can I Parallel 2x Mppt 250/100 if One is Not a VEcan model via Victron connect app sync or VE Direct & VEcan 1 mppt to the CerboGX

Because your arrays do not face the same way it is not necessary and would actually not be beneficial for your set up
Synchronised charging is not always necessary

From the manual… Here

Each unit will (and should) regulate its own output current. Which, among others, depends on the output of each PV array, cable resistance and the configured maximum output current of the charger. As such, it is not possible to configure a ‘network-wide’ maximum charge current. In case such feature is needed, for example in a system with both an East- and a West-facing PV array and relatively small battery bank, consider using a GX Device and its DVCC features.

You either use smart networking (does not work with a GX) or wired networking. You do not mix them.
You can’t use bluetooth to bridge an unwired system to a GX or to a GX via another charger that has BT enabled.

You can mix wired communication types, vedirect and VE CAN, but each charger needs a suitable connection to the GX.

Ok I here You
