Orion XS not charging

It seems Venus OS v3.60~69 is finally fixing this issue.

Add option to set a Orion XS to be a common DC-DC converter that takes power from the main battery, rather than its default: charging the main battery with (usually) powered by an alternator. Fixes issue where the Orion XS would be controlled by DVCC which could lead to charging with the wrong voltage.
