Orion XS NO blue lights, No Connection to app

My new 50A Orion XS has been working for 18 months and all of a sudden has stopped working. My alternator & starter battery, under load has been delivering 14.1 vdc to the input on my 50A Orion XS . The ground connections are ok. And I have two 300A house batteries in parallel and were being charged from the Orion, no problem.

Now their are no Blue lights BULK, ABSORPTION or FLOAT on the Orion, and when it connects via Bluetooth to my Victron Connect app, it says “FETCHING DATA” and that’s it. The app keeps repeating, the same message “FETCHING DATA” and the Orion seems to be dead despite dc power…!

Try to disconnect all wires, wait a minute and reconnect everything.

Thank you tried that for 5 minutes and it did not work, I think it’s dead :frowning:
