Off reason menu gave me two notifications #1 Low input voltage and #2 Engine Shutdown detected.
I have reset to factory defaults and input all battery charging information as required for my setup including making sure my engine detection parameters are right. I have checked all physical connections from batteries to charger. I have checked that all fuses are active. I have used a voltmeter to confirm power is going to the charger when the engines are running.
The app almost appears frozen, no matter what I do it show input voltage as 12.3 V. I have cleared the cache in the app etc. I can’t believe the unit is bad it’s not that old. The bluetooth light is on.
I really need help. I’m doing so long distance boating and I need my engine alternators to charge my house back through the DC/DC Charger.
Anyone experience and have any ideas? Thanks!
