Orion DC-DC May not be charging leisure batteries

I’m pretty clueless but I feel that this is indicating that my Orion DC - DC is not charging my leisure batteries. If this is the case how to I go about troubleshooting

The negative from the Orion, the starter battery and any chassis/hull ground all need to connect to the system side of the SmartShunt. If any of these are connected to the negative on the leisure battery then tthe charging amps will not be measured properly.
