No data in VRM

Hi,

I have JK BMS connected to Cerbo GX. Everything was ok till last week.
The problem is related to the data displayed in VRM. It seems that there is connection with Cerbo but no data are transferred.

In VRM I see:

Status: OK
Last updated: 8 days ago

If I’m connected directly to Cerbo I see proper information.
Is it related with configuration issue?

You need to check the Cerbo is still connected to your router and the router to the internet. In the Cerbo VRM menu it should tell you if you are connected and when the last contact was. You have the option to reboot the Cerbo on lost connection. Reboot the Cerbo and it may reconnect.
