I am trying to design an ESS at my house to increase auto consumption and draw less from the grid. Grid details: 3X400+N 21A. I intend to use one multi plus II with pylontech batteries. Ac out won t be used.
Challenge on my side comme from the fact that I have an EVCS that is going to my main cabinet on the same line than my PV INVERTER SMA TRIPOWER. See below the first drawing. Consequence is I cannot put an energy meter EM24 after the EVCS to exclude it from being monitored. And I need to exclude the EVCS from the ESS because if not it will drain all the batteries to charge the car.
The second setup showed in the second drawing could work but need couple of info to assess hence the topic.
In the second drawing I would use 2Em24 one to monitor at tvhe entry from the grid (number 1) and a second one to monitor only the EVCS (number 2). Is there a way to configure in the cerbo GX to only compensate on AC IN the result of EM24 number 1 - EM24 number 2? Doing so it would exclude the EVCS.
or if anyone has a better setting please advice
