it is possible to push up a power of a MP3000 together with grid ? Example 3000 VA from MP plus 2000 VA from grid , to get 5000 VA for a short time ?

Yes.
The 3000 has a max input of 32A, same as the transfer switch rating, so that is the maximum amount of power combined that can pass through the unit.

Do you know if its possible to Limit shore power to 0A and only switch to shore power seamlessly in emergencies (in case of imminent overload of the multi-purpose unit). Once the overload is gone, we should revert back to 0A shore power consumption. ?
Not exactly like that. You need to use AC ignore to reject and restore grid under specific conditions. Terms and conditions apply. Lots of topics on this subject worth reading if you dig around a little here and in modifications.
