We just updated the firmware on our Cerbo GX to v3.52 and the new GUI looks great! However it seems there’s a bug in that it shows our Multiplus Inverter as “off” in the overview when it’s inverting and has an active AC draw. Drilling down into the details correctly shows the state of the inverter, so it seems just like a UI issue.
Update: looks like it’s also incorrectly uploading to the VRM
Very similar issue with mine, after working fine for over a year.
We’re still seeing it even after upgrading the firmware again to v3.53 
Everything is still “working” and but it’d be great to find a fix to this

If you aren’t updating the firmware on the ve bus device you will run into communication issues.
So what firmware is on the inverter in your system?
All firmware has been updated.
My inverter is currently running firmware v494
Multiplus II is firmware version 506. Cerbo GX is 3.53. I’m not there now, but I ensured the Mk III was up to date before using it this am.
Going to be interesting to sort out. Since its. Not everyone experiencing the issue. And those that are a firmware uodate sorted it so far.
Confirm a Multiplus not a MP2? And this is since 3.52 not 3.50?
As an after thought if it is still not sorted then hitting vote at the top of the thread helps with prioritising issues.
Mine is a Multiplus 2.
Same thing here. I just updated everything as of today. Running v555 on the Multiplus II, Cerbo is v3.54 and MK3 is V1.20. Lower level satus pages show correct operation. Front page of Cerbo and VRM online show Off.
