Multiplus not bypassing when shore and generator power available

I have had a problem, when my generator run (4KW Paguro VTE sincronous generator) Multiplus II doesn’t bypass, nor charge the battery, no alarm no message. Voltage & frequency was in range, so what to do ? After a lot of “googling” i found the solution, disable the UPS flag in Multiplus II configuration, in order do not check sinusoid waweform, all solved , now run perfectly. Not so easy manage Multiplus II configuration file, i do it in remote mode with CerboGX , modified with VEconfigure 3 and updated from remote consolle. Docs about this process are available from Victron. I hope this could be useful for others users.
