My multiplus II transfer switch won’t switch from inverter mode to shore mode when I start my generator. However if I reset the multiplus by powering off then back on it switches almost immediately. Any idea what’s happening?
@meytchison l don’t what is happening but if the multi is struggling to sync to your generator you may consider unchecking the UPS tickbox and widening in the input frequency range tickbox. That usually helps. If all else fails you could tick “WeakAC” but that would be a last resort as it reduces battery charge current considerably.
I also had this Problem, solved it by connecting an electric heater directly to the generator.
