Multiplus low battery warning/not inverting, but batteries charged

My multi plus multi control panel is flashing ‘low battery’ & not giving power, despite my system being at 92℅ charge

I have noticed that my SmartSolar is giving a different voltage reading than my SmartBMV & Battery.

I have checked my wiring, all seems to be okay, switched inverter off & on many times. I’ve checked batteries with volt meter, they are each between 12.3-12.4 - indicating that the reading from Battery monitor/shunt is correct.

Had low power for a few days & charged the system today until float from my generator (all sized/speced correct & used countless times without issue).

Any ideas?

@NewSpark What is the voltage measured at the MPPT terminals and also maybe you can share the settings for your inverter and MPPT?

Also check the integrity of fuses and wiring between the battery and the Multi / MPPT
