Multiplus and lithium battery’s low voltage

When my multiplus 2000 12v is delivering under 1600 w i often reports “low battery” and the voltage drops from 13.4 to 12.2.
12.2 is the voltage it always drops to unser high load.
Why do I get the alarm? 12.2 v should not be low.
Any suggestion? Setting? Charge litium with large AGM and Victron dc to dc during load?
Anyone with a solution?
Hope not I have to bye new battery’s they are only 4 years old.

Your first thing to do is to check the wiring between the batteries and the inverter for loose connections, frayed wire, isolators that are not making good contact, partially blown / corroded / broken fuses etc. Put the system under a load that it will sustain then use a multimeter to check the voltage at each connection and see if the batteries are higher than the 12.2V at the multiplus under load. Check the positive and the negative cable. You can reduce the alarm setting if you wish.

Thank you for your answer. Will try this.
Do you reduce the alarm setting on the CX display, directly or on the multiplus or the smartshunt?

The low voltage setting on the shunt in the app is 11.2 v
Way lower then 12.2

The Multiplus has low voltage alarms and shutdown settings.

Copied from elsewhere.

To set the inverter you use a Smartphone using VictronConnect and the Mk3 USB or a PC/laptop and VE Configure and the Mk3 USB or through VRM with VEConfigure and a pc/laptop.

With 1300 w load
Battery measurement 12.5 v and CX display 12.4 v
With 1500 w load
Battery 12.25 and CX 12.19 v
And then low battery and overload warning
It coms below 12.2 v which is the voltage the battery is delivering, so at 1400 w and full battery, there is no problem

The checks show it is the battery dropping voltage nothing wrong on cabling so yes, reduce alarm and see how it works.

Is there a way to do this without a windows pc?
Got a mac and a mk3-usb
And vrm portal

Is there any useful info in the link below. May be able to use VictronConnect, Mac is outside my experience.

Thanks
I finally got connection between my M1 Mac and the multiplus.
I hasn’t been working before. Many M1 Mac or Victron Connect app update, who knows- first time working.
Lowered the “low voltage” setting, it works. Inverter still says “overload with more then 1600 w so PF must be around 0.8 / watt = VA x PF
1600 = 2000 x 0.8
It should be 0.95 and not 0.8
So it should give close to 2000 w?

Overload also depends on temperature, unit derates as temperature increases. Also.some loads have start up surge.
