Multiplus limits charge rate below setting

This is my first time on the site.

I’m having some issues with my system. I have three MPPT solar chargers which are behaving normally and a multiplus 12/3000 120 which is limiting the charge from both shore power and the diesel generator. It limits the charge to a net +10 amps when the MPPT chargers are offline at night or won’t accept any A/C charge when the MPPT chargers are above 10 amps net.
My batteries are BlueNova lithium 300 ah and there are two of them. A friend who is an expert suggests that the firmware in the multiplus may be compromised but hasn’t seen this issue in the past. I would appreciate insight on this issue from someone who may have had experience with it in the past.

P.S. I was recently connected to shore power at a marina and since leaving have begun having problems. There may have been some power line transient that wasn’t noticed.

I also have a battery that won’t accept a charge from the system and I have disconnected and isolated that battery. The battery is fully discharged at 12.8 volts and I’m in the process of attempting to charge it back up with a lithium battery charger. This process is incomplete.

What version are you running

When did you last update

Did you reload the settings after updating ?

Please post screenshots of all relevant setup pages.

All related to the multiplus ofc.

Hello.

I didn’t know Blue Nova made 12v 300AH batteries. Interesting.
So the battery bank charges from the MPPTs?

Are you sure it is not all three that have some issue?

12.8v on my Blue Novas is not fully discharged. You can use then down to 11.6v

I have three MPPTs and yes they all charge and will charge above 10 amps with good sun. I’ve had another discussion with a technician locally at Nordic Marine in Miami. He has asked me to reset/restart my CCGX. Of course after recording all my settings.

Firmware versions
I have never updated the multiplus and have been told it’s only done by technicians. I’ve been off cruising for two years and until now haven’t had a problem.
