Hi. Not sure what changed but when my Genset comes on, the Multiplus is still inverting and not charging. I have to use the app to turn off the inverter. When I turn it on it sense the AC input and works fine. This has always worked in the past, just started with this peculiar behavior. Any thoughts?
@Boatguy I wonder has the frequency of the generator changed slightly and the multiplus does not sync as it is slightly out of range. You could set it to accept “wide frequency input” to account for this. Also, to make it easier for the multiplus to sync to the input perhaps turn off the UPS option if it is enabled.
