Hi,
I’m running a Multiplus II with a Felicity LUX-E-48100LG04 battery (5.1 kWh, 48V) connected via AC-in.
The system is pretty new and today is the first day with a lot of sunshine, so that the battery reaches (almost) 100% SoC.
But strangely enough, the SoC stays at 99% forever and the Multiplus keeps pushing current towards the battery (see screenshots below). Did i misconfigure something? Is this in any way dangerous for the battery?
thanks and cheers
oliver
Ignore state of charge and check voltage.
If it is not overhsooting the absorption voltage then you are fine.
The 9A in your picture is probably balancing amps. That is not bulk amps
Why are you capping voltage in DVCC. Have you not programmed the inverter and mppt units?
Thanks for the hint.
I’ve only activated the capping today, when i started wondering about the continuous high Amperage.
Sure, i programmed the inverted. I checked my notes and might have discovered a mismatch:
Looks like I’ve set 56.0 V as Float value, while Felicity recommends 55V (see screenshots). Can i change the settings somehow via Cerbo/Venus or do i need to use VEConfigure for this exercise (it’s a bit cumbersome to connect the PC via USB in my case).
And: What would be the correct value for Absorbtion, if Float is 55V?
thx
