Im not sure what i did, but i went into VE config and adjusted some settings in the assistant, i had ess and relay assistances active, but after sending the settings via mk3 to the mp2, the inverter has gone into “off” state, showing as off on the vrm and on the remote console, yet the green inverteing light is on, on the inverter and it is producing power which shows on the battery monitor on the vrm and console, but not on the ac loads.
I jave since deleted all assistant settings but the inverter still shows as off.
What is going on here and how can i get normal functions back?
Have you removed the MK3 again or is it still in the MP?
I just noticed my mp2 was last seen an hour ago by the cerbo, why would this happen?
There was an option on the vrm to turn on and off the inverter remotely, i stupidly applied that option after a caution notice, but now the option to undo this is not visable. I found it in the cintrols page below "start generator " but now thetes norhing there anymore.
HELP!
Unplug the MK3
Oh thanks, why didn’t i thinknof that, its working again, wow this is such a learning curve!
You can also configure your Multi without MK3.
This can also be done via VRM as ‘Remote configuration’ in the ‘Device list’
Edit … Save the file … Upload
Its interesting ypu say save the file then upload, well i tried this, i saved the file on my hdd on my pc, in a folder i named Victron, then when i went back to ve config and wanted to load the file, it could not find anything in that Victron folder to load. So not sure whats gone wrong here too.
The file format via the ‘VRM function’ is different to that via VE-Configure via PC.
If you configure via VRM, you also upload the file here !
Ive only ever used the mk3, and daves current configuration in case i bugger up a new configuration, but the daved file is not shown in the folder.
