Your first thing to do is to check the wiring between the batteries and the inverter for loose connections, frayed wire, isolators that are not making good contact, partially blown / corroded / broken fuses etc. Put the system under a load that it will sustain then use a multimeter to check the volt…

The low voltage setting on the shunt in the app is 11.2 v Way lower then 12.2

With 1300 w load Battery measurement 12.5 v and CX display 12.4 v With 1500 w load Battery 12.25 and CX 12.19 v And then low battery and overload warning It coms below 12.2 v which is the voltage the battery is delivering, so at 1400 w and full battery, there is no problem

The checks show it is the battery dropping voltage nothing wrong on cabling so yes, reduce alarm and see how it works.

Overload also depends on temperature, unit derates as temperature increases. Also.some loads have start up surge.
