Multiplus 2 gx blows ac fuse

Hi,

I have installed a Multiplus 2 gx 48 3000. Installed it with a pylontech 5000 battery.

When i start up the Multiplus (as standard , 1) it shows something in dispaly and then i hear some relais clicking. Immediately the multiplus is dead. It just blows the ac fuse. Turn this fuse on again.. but same thing.

Now i tested the ac1 output with a multimeter for resistance. It says 0 zero resistanc at this ac 1 between the L and the N. That seems wrong to me. There is nothing connected to this port.

What are the next steps? What can be wrong with my installation?

Moi,

Mine blows a fuse as well unless the battery is connected first. My battery needs to be turned on for it to power the Multiplus. Check that there is voltage on the battery terminals before turning on the AC side.

Always start the battery first, there is a large bank of capacitors on the DC input. If the battery is off the ac tries to charge these capacitors with a very high surge current.
