Not charging with AC in

My MultiPlus 3000VA-120Amp Is not taking a charge from the 120 AC volt input? was working for the past 3 years now not taking a charge

I’m assuming you have a battery connected to the Multi… Is the DC and / or AC In fuse okay? What kind of battery is it?
Have you performed a firmware update or installed any wizards on the Multi?

it’s 3 110-amp battery’s the 120Volt AC in put is not fused It did take a charge from the solar system as soon as i moved the van out side but still not from the AC input

Why isn’t the AC input fused?

Is the power supply to the Multi working?

What other Victron devices do you have connected to your system?

Do you have a picture or an overview showing whether the Multi is accepting the AC input or if there’s 120V present here?

I plug the power cord in, it has a breaker in the wall panel It has power. It displays on my phone showing not taking the 120 ac power

Then there are two possibilities… Either something between the power inlet and the multi is broken, or the multi-connector isn’t recognizing the power source… I’m guessing it’s the first one…
Check the wiring again… There’s probably another fuse or a residual current device in the vehicle.

i will check

thanks

Good luck, but could you please post a picture of the front LEDs on the Multis… the “Grid” LED should be off here
