I have a MultiPlus 12/3000/120-16 in my system.
It only have 2 port to connect different controller.

Yes you can but only over the vrm. Where you download the configuration then upload it again after modification. So you need access to the vrm account it is registered to.
You will need ve configure to do this as well not victron connect.
