I’m living in Belgium (Flanders to be precise). I have a Victron installation at home (Multiplus II, 5000, MPPT 450/200, battery…) and a lot too much energy during a part of the year. I have a second residence where i could share electricity. Is there a possibility of installing a meter, connect it trough internet to manage the sum of the two meters to minimize the bill ?
You can do it with node red, MQTT and Mr Manuel MQTT grid driver, but it has a lot of work to do it. You will need Venus OS large, fixed IP or dyn DNS, node red knowledge, a meter in the non Victron installation and a little coding. I’m working on it to use batteries on installation with a shared solar production.
I’m not sure what you want to manage but using the P-port of your digital meters and Home Assistant with the DSMR Smart Meter integrations could be a start.
