Multi/Quattro II 2x120 no AC Voltage information

I reported this a long time ago when GUIv2 was still in early beta but the topic got moved and not responded to, and it’s still an issue.

On GUIv2 both Multiplus and Quattro 2x120 models do not show any AC voltage or frequency info.

This information is missing no matter what OS version I run, on multiple Cerbo GXs and Raspberry Pis.

Here’s a few screenshots.

Can someone else with a 2x120 inverter corroborate this? Even though I see it on multiple systems I haven’t seen anyone else report the same issue.

@guystewart Is there a better way to report this bug? Thanks!

I’ll try and find out, thanks for the persistence in reporting

@guystewart Was the issues solved?
Even I am from Belgium, I may have same problem as on this topic.
My network is 3x230, no neutral. Only PE. Voltage PE to any phase ~115, Voltage between phases 230V.
I intend to use single Multiplus-II GX. Would it work? Will the ESS function be available?

The AC2 will not be used / connected, unless city black-out and I will need to manually disconnect from city. (Sounds strange, but I will not change house network. Not allowed.) Then connect AC2 for lights only.
So far, on forum in my area are only questions. No clear answer.
@alexpescaru Looks like you are from Europe. Have you encountered this situation / setup?

I call here for help, as I am stuck for some time with solutions.

Sorry, no. No experience with delta tri-phase system with only PE…

This thread is about an information display issue with US 2x120 inverters, not about whether a certain MP will work with specific grid setup and ESS.
