Building a new system on a new camper van, and first time using a cerbo gx i have connect the ve bus cable to bothe multi plus and gx but nothing shows up on the touch 50
Is there a setting on the cerbo i need to do or am i missing something

Multi and Cerbo are switched on and working ?
Cable on “VE Bus” input on Cerbo is really VE Bus and not VE CAN ?
VE Bus cable is checked for function and the same pin assignment on both sides … No crossover cable that was still somewhere in the cupboard 
Yes cerbo gx on showing everything else multiplus has power to it and switch on underneath, should it have any lights on when on standby?
And yes ve bus to ve bus port, genuine victron cable
I havent tried a inverted load from the multiplus as i was just trying to set the cerbo up first, would this matter?
Is the main switch of the multis set to “I”? and does it have an intact battery supply?
You don’t need a load … it’s enough if the Multi is just lying on the table
Yes switch set to 1 and 13.7 at the terminals on the multiplus
And no Leds on the Multi ?

i just checked and i may switched it to 2:man_facepalming:t2: funny enough it all works now…. Doh well if i didnt ask i would have checked so much appreciated
