My solar pane reads 34 volts but the victron connect app says 0.26 v and not charging brand new mppt on 12 volt system 4 100amp batteries
Has the mppt been programmed to a 12v battery?
does the app give any errors.or reason why the mppt is not charging?
Yes the mppt has been programmed to 12v selected ́ lithium and no error
Is the 34V you measure when the panels are disconnected using a multimeter. If so then you may have the positive and negative the wrong way or you have a poor connection between the panels and the MPPT.

Yes, the voltage is read at the end of the line before connecting it to my RV. It is raining, so when the weather clears up, I’ll investigate further and let you know. Thanks for your replies; very much appreciated.
After finally checking everything, there was oxidation on two of the MC4 connections. I cut the wire and replaced the connection, and also put dielectric grease on the horizontal joints. So far, so good.
