My charge controller stopped working this morning. PV input on the cables is reading 30-34 but when I attach them they read at 2.3. Tried connecting multiple times, disconnecting all wires from charge controller. I took it off the wall and got down to a fresh section of wire and made sure they all connected well and that the screws were tight and the metal walls were pressed in. Same readings. I have no clue what it could be. Please help

If no joy please post back. (Check the MC4 connectors especially if it’s been cold or wet recently)
Thank you so much!! It was the mc4s. A couple of them had rusted out. I swapped them out and one of the branch connectors for good measure and I’m up and running again. I live in Hawaii and we had some big storms recently.
