MPPT 150/100 stuck on "off"

Hi,

I have a Easysolar 5kVa/MPPT150/100 in an off grid system with a color controller, it is a 48v system
The MPPT is stuck in the “off” status.
I have recently added new panels (3 x LR5-54HTH 440 in series). I have tried soft reset (isolating solar, isolating batteries ).
I have tested the panels, 3 panels in series =117v midday.

The LED lights flashes blue at 3 sec
the settings are 48v, 100A, charger enabled, absorption v 56.5v. float 54 v . I have run a load down past 48v and the MPPT has not responded.

Did you measure this with a multimeter? What does the MPPT PV voltage show in VictronConnect, the same 117V? Is the PV polarity correct? Is the charger switched on, in the battery settings tab

right now the panel voltage when isolated from the MPPT, using a multimeter gives 111v

victron connect readings are battery voltage 47.33, power 0 W, State off, yield 0Wh, current 0A

the polarity of the panels looks correct

charger lights are not on, if i turn on shore power the charger goes to bulk

But what voltage does the MPPT itself measure on the PV side?

What do you mean with shore power? The MPPT has no shore power so i assume this is some other charger?

MPPT voltage on PV side is zero volts

Your meter can do polarity if it can do dc voltage.
Looking correct and being correct are not always the same thing.

If it is the mc4 version also the mc4s might not be all the way home.

thank you fora all of your help. it was indeed a reverse polarity at the MPPT. The MPPT is upside down in the Easysolar, I was looking at it backwards
