Hi. New user here, I recently installed a MPPT 100/50 in my caravan. The unit did not have a PIN number nor a PUK number. I could not find a sticker for them anywhere on the unit or in the packaging. I got a VE smart dongle and connected it to the unit. I cannot find anywhere on the app to reset the PIN on the MPPT. I don’t have a computer I can connect to the unit and I’m out of ideas. I contacted the seller and they weren’t much help, didn’t offer a return. Any help would be great.

If it’s NOT a SMART mode, then it does not have blutooth…

you can still use the smart dongle and VEconnect…
