Mppt 75/15, 3 month old, connects but suddenly no longer shows data

It connects, but with the generic factory “name” and not with the personalized name.

It gets stuck forever in the “fetching data” status

It does not show any “quick” at a glance data either on firs screen.

Tried everything else already: pair/un pair, reset the phone etc. I am on a boat, so not much more resources available.

Please add a screenshot and a service report.

I don’t know how to attach it.

  1. all lights are off.
  2. the fuse is OK.

Hi all…no feedback yet on my issue.

Do I have to assume the unit is “dead” after only 3 months?

(Battery voltage and PV voltage are ok). The fuse is ok too.

Has anyone the victron mail? The local seller - a very big shop - refuses to provide any after sale guarantee. (So much for helping local markets, at twice the price, instead of buying on Amazon).

A VictronConnect service report would be good if you can still see and connect to the device.
