MPPT 100/50 not working after firmware update 1.68 -- can´t reach support

Hi, I hope somebody can help me! My 100/50 MPPT Charger stopped working after a firmware update to v 1.68. App shows 0W, Voltage breaks down to 14,8 or so Volts, which is too little. PV–Voltage is as it was (aroung 37V). The App shows: Voltage too low to turn on. But from the hardware and connection-side, nothing has changed…

What have I done already? Hard resets and firmware downgrade (v1.67 and v1.64), both didn´t change a thing. Checked all the connections, measured PV directly, tried to serially connect my two panels, but the Voltage at Victron wouldn´t increase, it stayed at around 14,7V.

Posted replies on the community with related issues, but got no answer to this date.

Tried to create a service ticket but got stuck in a consent-request which would not go away and therefor could not fill out form for service ticket. Battery charges a little bit, but for more than two weeks now, there is not a single W recorded or charged. What can I do?

Also, if somebody from Victron reads this, please reach out to me!! Thx!

@ Your dealer should be the first port of call for support. You can also return the device to them to test and raise an RMA if necessary. Did you ensure the battery voltage is correctly selected / set for the system? I suspect you did all the 101 things like ensure fuses are ok etc.?

Hey, thanks for the reply… yeah, if I haven´t overlooked a fuse directly in the Charger, I can say that everything is checked, Batterysettings are checked (as they had been) .. I bought the device via Amazon, so I might have to figure out a way to get it checked. Could be something overlooked or maybe a damage. But there was no issue with the hardware due to changes or anything. That´s the mysterious thing… had hoped that it would go back to work after downgrading the firmware. Also, this was promising, as many people had reported similar issues and seemed to have fixed it that way. It was no new installation, just happened after a firmware update, but never went back to normal… I also tried to contact support, but the page would not let me go past a consent to cookies dialogue, that does not go away to allow me actually contacting victron support…

Can unfortunately not help you with you PC setup to overcome cookie issues, but if you do, Victron will prompt the seller to contact you and may be able to help. The controllers have no serviceable parts.
