Hello everyone
I would like to program my first Victron Multiplus II GX with VE configure via an MK3-USB interface but i can’t find my inverter in the software.
I receive the error “MK3 is badly configured”.
I already reinstalled the software, updated drivers,… but nothing works.
Every help is welcome!

Similar issue happened to my new adapter. I had to reprogram it to resolve. I believe there’s an option in VE configure.
So you had to reprogram your MK3-USB MODULE an that you can do in VE Configure?
Can you show me where you can do that?
If you are using a USB adapter (i.e. USB-A to USB-C) then try a different adapter. The only times I have had issues using an MK3-USB is when using a faulty adapter.

The MK3-USB is directly connected to my USB port, so no adapter in between.
