Hello,
I hope somebody could help me here.
I have Victron Smart inverter 12/3000 connected via ve.direct to my Ekrano GX with new UI and firmware 3.73 installed. Inverter has latest v1.39 firmware installed.
Everything functions as expected but the data reported in Ekrano screen is incorrect.
Below screen shot shows the data reported in the Venus Ekrano new UI when the Inverter is running with Microwave and a room fan, and the TV on standby.
And yet the overview page does show the Watts:
So the 6.5A / 230v = 1495Watts so the numbers all match but are simply not reported in the UI for AC in product details, and in the case of the DC seems to be missing, as you can see DC loads are still small. The watts coming out of the battery are 1731 but DC Loads box shows only 415.
There is a DC Load meter for the domestic loads which is a different connection from the Lynx distributor than the inverter, which also doesnt tally. Below screenshot taken as above with microwave running so 1400w or so ac from the inverter and about 1731w dc from the battery.
You can see that no DC information is reported apart from voltage and the watts reading is missing too.
The VA is reported in VictronConnect app
Please guide me where I might have gone wrong or confirm if this is a bug of some sort. Maybe I am not understanding how the data is calculated.
Many thanks,
Alex
