Good evening everyone i have a problem with discharging of my pylontech us5000 x4. (Multiplus 5000) They don’t want to go below 70% active state of charge.,Minimum charge is set to 30% with battery life,they have been charged to 100% a couple of times recently but still 70%,could this be related to the temperature of the batteries, 10 degrees Celsius

Please take a look at the description of Battery Life…
You can check the SOC limit set by Battery Life in VRM at the top right under the hamburger menu.
For me, it’s currently set to 80%, discharge up to 10% is allowed

No settings have been changed since warmer weather
As it stands now is
Minimum state of charge 30%
Active state of charge 70%
They have been charged to 100% 3 times for a few hours over last few days
