I don’t know why my Multiplus II stop discharge with 14% SOC.
I have a 15kWh Pylontec compatible battery.
The led reacts on low voltage, not on SoC.
For yours eyes only
HERE
I think this is a wrong description:
Low battery alarm
The inverter has switched off due to low battery voltage. The “low battery” LED is blinking.
Right: The “low battery” LED is on → or?
for Pylontech, you must have:
DC Disconnect Voltage = 44.00
DC Reconnect Voltage = 48.00
Pre-Alarm Voltage = 48.00
and also
Holding voltage = 48.00
All cut-off voltages for discharge current = 46.00
It is only a Pylontech compatible battery with protocol.
But it is a 16s battery.
I think my Pre-Alarm voltage is too high.
Thanks!
the setting I give is ONLY for PYLONTECH USx000C in 15 cells
I have no skills in making batteries yourself.
It is a Felicity battery which is using the Pylontech protocol but with 16s.
I will test it with lower Pe-Alarm setting.
I’ll let you be the sole judge because I don’t know your batteries.
hello, this is Angie from FelicityESS Support Team, may i know what cut-off SOC did you set on Victron?
5%
Yes ofc, SoC is nice to have, but an inverter needs VOLTAGE
Yes, but I see no voltage below 48.8V.
And the-cut off voltage is 48.2V.
@ Felicity: Is it normal that this low voltage can occur with 17% SOC?
hello,i think this value is too low to prevent battery from overdischarging,i suggest to set 10% to 20%
our battery SOC calculation is not just based on voltage, but pls tell me your battery SN code,i will check it on Fsolar
I sent it by e-mail.
