Low battery LED on Multiplus II with 14% SOC

I don’t know why my Multiplus II stop discharge with 14% SOC.
I have a 15kWh Pylontec compatible battery.

For yours eyes only
HERE

Yes, but at what voltage?
The BMS says there is no undervoltage.
There are more settings:

I think this is a wrong description:
Low battery alarm
The inverter has switched off due to low battery voltage. The “low battery” LED is blinking.
Right: The “low battery” LED is on → or?

for Pylontech, you must have:
DC Disconnect Voltage = 44.00
DC Reconnect Voltage = 48.00
Pre-Alarm Voltage = 48.00
Capture

and also
Holding voltage = 48.00
All cut-off voltages for discharge current = 46.00
Capture

It is only a Pylontech compatible battery with protocol.
But it is a 16s battery.

I think my Pre-Alarm voltage is too high.
Thanks!

the setting I give is ONLY for PYLONTECH USx000C in 15 cells

I have no skills in making batteries yourself.

It is a Felicity battery which is using the Pylontech protocol but with 16s.
I will test it with lower Pe-Alarm setting.

I’ll let you be the sole judge because I don’t know your batteries.

hello, this is Angie from FelicityESS Support Team, may i know what cut-off SOC did you set on Victron?

I don’t know why the Multiplus stops the discharge from the LUX-Y-48300LG01 between 14 and 15%.

Is this the reason?:

But on the Multiplus the Low Battery LED is only blinking.

Yes, but I see no voltage below 48.8V.
And the-cut off voltage is 48.2V.
@ Felicity: Is it normal that this low voltage can occur with 17% SOC?

hello,i think this value is too low to prevent battery from overdischarging,i suggest to set 10% to 20%

our battery SOC calculation is not just based on voltage, but pls tell me your battery SN code,i will check it on Fsolar

I sent it by e-mail.

Originally I had set 10%.
But after the Multiplus always stopped discharging between 14 and 17%, I changed it to 5%.
But it didn’t change anything anyway.
I think that the SOC reported by the BMS is not correct.

Did you solve the battery low issue. I have the same problem and can´t find a solution
