Previously, the LYNX Smart BMS remained in ABS mode, but now it switches to Float mode. Why didn’t it switch before, and why does it switch now? Did it receive a new update? Was there a setting I made or forgot to make? Please help me with this issue.
There has been a recent firmware update that improved the end of absorption control on the NG version. Previously, the absorption could carry on even if the batteries cells were balanced. The new firmware checks that the absorption voltage is reached and the current reduces and the shunt syncs to 100% and stops absorption as soon as the battery is balanced rather than keeping higher voltage.

But the device I have is not an NG series, did it still receive the same update?
The older version did have the same update, but as I run the NG version I have not seen it work on the older version, from your report it appears that the changes are the same for both versions.
When I checked the new update and its contents, I saw that improvements had been released regarding the issue I mentioned. Thank you for your support. This issue has been resolved for me for now.
