Low voltage shutdown

I installed four 200NG lithium batteries, quattro, cerbogx. All is working well except that i occasionally experience a low voltage shutdown when under high AC load (2200w). Battery voltage under load had been holding at 12.7 steady for 15 minutes or so. It also happened when under an even higher load when running the generator and the quattro was offering “assist”. In that scenario, the generator was providing 25 amps AC and the assist was providing another 8 amps AC. Connections all seem good and cable sizes and lengths are large and short.

You need to use a multimeter when the system is under heavy load on the battery terminals, BMS and Lynx Distributor terminals and the Quattro input terminals to find where the voltage drop is occurring. What SOC were the batteries at when this happened. Have the batteries had a full charge yet, until they have their first full charge to 14.0V with current down to <32A the SOC will over read. They are delivered at 40 to 50% SOC but the BMS says 100%.

I checked voltage drop at every imaginable point and all seems good. All under 0.01 volts. Also checked ripple voltage and it was 0.3volts.
I ran through the whole performance test again, drawing high current for 2 hours and then a higher draw with generator running and quattro “assisting”. The problem has not reoccurred. Although the batteries were previously fully charged, it may be that the additional load and charge cycles have solved the problem.
Thanks for the comments and suggestions.
