I´m trying to log in to my Venus GX. Venus HQ….is listed in the verbidden network and password (connected) But then I can´t access the venus remote console via 172.24.24.1 Please help! I recently installed Starlink?
If you have connected the venus to the starlink then things have changed.
To use the 172 ip address you have to be connected to the Venus WiFi not the starlink WiFi
Try open victron connect then use that to get the new address of the console and connect that way or use venus.local
There is a piece in the manual about it.
Make sure you’re connected to the Starlink network. Open your Starlink app on your phone. Click network. Look through your devices and find your Cerbo. The manufacturer is called: AzureWave from what I’ve seen.
Click it and find the IP address. Use that IP to connect to your Cerbo.

In that case you have to go to your Cerbo first to connect with Bluetooth and set the Starlink WiFi network.
Thanks LX, but how I make a open victron connect? Venus.local doesn’t work(Starlink)or 172.24.24.1 and I See no Venus-HQ… in mine bidden network? This is because Starlink router has a different password than Venus. I hope you can help
Did you connect the venus to the starlink WiFi?
Maybe try a reboot if its own WiFi is not visible.

No, It doesn’t work when I add Venus to Starlink. Maybe I should reboot, but Starlink isn’t showing Venus in my hidden network.

Hoi LX, Starlink blocks other WiFi networks, like my Venus! At least not visibly. Can I also run an internet cable from the Venus’s Ethernet port to the Starlink router?
Yes you can.
The point is if the phone and the venus are connected to the starlink, victron connect should show you the. New ip address of the venus - the one the starlink gives it (which is also visible in the starlink app)
It’s been a while since I asked about connecting to my Venus. I’ve now paired Venus with my Starlink. Otherwise, I don’t see Venus at all. But when I now enable Wi-Fi through Venus, I don’t get a remote console with 172.24.24.1. Even when I connect the Venus and Starlink router with a cable, I can’t get access. Can anyone help me?
I also came up with the idea because Starlink has a bypass function for connecting a third-party router (TP-Link) with an internet cable using port forwarding. However, I’m not sure how to configure the TP-Link. Should I use Starlink to announce the TP-Link or the Venus? I’d appreciate some help with solutions.
