Anyone else having this problem. I had to go to local to get the Remote Console.
I would check the role your user has, access settings and what vrm is configured to do.
This is all documented in the GX user manual.
If you haven’t got the correct role and permissions you won’t see the console.

Thanks Nick. Checked the user setting and I’m Admin. I did notice in the General setting that the Remote Console UI had not been highlighted between the Classic UI and the New UI. I selected the Classic UI, which what I do when using the phone to do this but option did not show via the computer. I then did go to the phone but again that option to select Classic or New did not appear. Long story short, the Remote Console option is now showing via the computer since selecting Classic UI. Again, Thanks Nick for steering me.
