For some time now, I have been unable to access the remote console on the Cerbo GX. What could be causing this?

Remote console via VRM or locally over WLAN/LAN?
Then read it via VRM from your phone
It works for me without any problems with the Android app.
On the Cerbo go to Settings > VRM and see what the first line “VRM Portal access level” says, it should be “read only” or “full”. I do not think this is the issue otherwise you could not connect at all.
Yes, that’s been happening to me too. Yesterday, I wanted to add a new Ruuvi sensor for the fridge, but the remote console no longer opens.
