Good morning @Seamus , sorry to hear that. Can you check its internet connection and the VRM auto reboot setting?
If thats not it, pls post the vrm url and enable remote support so we can check.
Ps. I recommend to disable auto updates.

Hey again @Seamus , I checked that system and it doesn’t have a connection to VRM since a few days. That is why you’re getting errors.
Please look into that.

While the first thing to check is the physical internet connectivity to the GX device, we also have another new diagnostic tool on the GX to help troubleshoot networking issues;
You can find it in the VRM online portal menu in the settings of the GX.
Thankyou guys all is well in VRM world, pilot error as usual, just have to get my new BT dongle connected now
