Linking 2 MP 24/3000/70

I have a pair of MP 24/3000/70 and generally only use 1 using the Multiplus control panel. When charging from my generator, I just switch the second unit to “Charger only” to maximise the charging rate. I know I can link the two with an Ethernet cable and software set up.

I’m changing to an induction hob from gas, so may need more that the 2400w that one inverter can provide. But most of the time I probably won’t need the second inverter running.

Is there a simple way not to have the second one running - I don’t want to go into the software every time??

To have both inverter connected to the same load you could run them in parallel. But in parallel means that both Multiplus will be running as if they are one bigger unit.
