Multis Parallel - One Charge Only other Invert Only

Hi there - Is it possible to configure 2 Multis in Parallel where 1 Charges only i.e. grid connected and the other Inverts only (Same Battery Bank) - standalone this works but it doesnt display correctly on Venus - hence the question on parallel or what is the right way to do this. (Similar to a online UPS - AC from grid to DC in the bank and then from the bank DC to the inverter then stabilized AC out.

Warm regards, Emil

No, a parallel set functions as one inverter/charger.

You can install each as a different phase and disable switch as a group (prevents ESS being used).

Thank you Nick - so keep as standalone and then just keep the inverting Multi on Venus and the other as a Charger.

You can connect the second via a mk3 usb adapter, that is supported, with some limitations (check the manual).

:+1: - thank you so much

Great, good to know, i had the same question.
seeking some extra charging power for a couple years, but with an option for activating the inverter mode when the house is renovated and all are moved in here and get the extra power.
