Issues in VRM portal

On Friday the 15.11.2024 something (power off - because of undervoltage at 27 %?) happened and afterwards I don’t see the battery soc anymore:

When I connect the SOC is always at 27% and then changes to what it actualy is:

I guess there is in VRM portal some bad data on this day. To profe it, i changed my VRM ID to a random value (/sbin/get-unique-id) - afterwards I registered this new ID in my VRM dashboard - now with this “new installation” is now displayed ok. - I guess I could have reached the same by deleting everything in the dashboard.

Can someone check what happened here and why it is hanging? - If possibe I would go back to my old installation / VRM id.

If that was a lithium battery, it is possible one cell was lower that the others/cut off and the battery shut down.
We won’t be able to help without more system information.

I think the issue is more SoC no longer drawn in the VRM diagram, with why did the system shut off as a low priority question…

Do you have a Lithium battery? Or are you using a different way to tell soc?

yes, the issue is not the topic with the power failure - it’s just that in VRM portal it was still not working properly after this event until I switched the ID of the GX to some new random value ( 47f6467161ef - both are linked to the same profile,).

The topic with power failure: After some work on the electricity the safety breaker was not turned on again, so my multiplus was on “island mode” . I turned on the breaker and everything was working well afterwards - expect the VRM portal …

switched back the ID of the GX - it seems VRM portal is working again with the old ID.
