IP65 charger - mode button not working, bluetooth app does

Hello,

Just got my IP65 Charger 120v. The mode button does not seem to be working. I have tried:

  1. pressing the button briefly to change mode. Nothing happens.

  2. pressing the button for 3 seconds to lower charge current. Nothing happens and not flashing leds

I can change everything using the bluetooth app.

Is this a known problem? Should I return the unit.

This issue has been resolved.

The mode button on my charger is not very sensitive. After pressing much harder and slightly off center it worked.
